Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your PocketWall.

If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items that are damaged due to improper installation or handling
  • Items returned without prior approval

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
