Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $8 within the United States.
Estimated delivery time:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other major shipping providers to ensure reliable delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
PocketWall is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
